Quentin Herold represents Swiss and foreign clients in inheritance disputes, both in negotiations and before the Swiss courts and authorities. He also advises Swiss and foreign private clients on estate planning, entrepreneurs on the transfer of their businesses and farmers on the transfer of their agricultural holdings. His practice includes contract law, company law, in particular foundations, and trusts.
