Jean-Pierre Méan, by virtue of his various activities, has a broad experience on the Laws Combatting Corruption on an international level and in the development of Compliance Systems in companies. He has also directed the works of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris for the 2011 edition of its Rule against corruption, has participated in the elaboration of the ISO 37001 Standard – Anti-Bribery Management System and has directed the working group that established the necessary competencies for the auditors of those systems. He’s actually directing the team which supervises the standard.
He has worked as an expert for the United-Nations, the Council of Europe, the OECD and the Cour des comptes of the Canton of Vaud.
Jean Pierre Méan is the author of numerous publications in the field of international business, particularly on anti-corruption law and practice.
He is a member of the Vaud Bar Association, and the Swiss Bar Association (SBA).
